Starting and Finishing

For this math task me and my buddy did a task from arbs. If you don’t know what arbs is, arbs is a site where you can learn and you can solve problems and many more. Arbs is a good website to learn more and many things. So if you have the time to go on arbs, check it out. Now for this task we solved a starting and a finishing time problem.

 Task description : 

For the inquiry task for the week we had to create a Venn diagram about fruits and vegetables. Here is what me and my friend Rangi created. This task was fun to do. Have you ever done a Venn diagram before?

Healthy Food Plate

 Task Description: For this LCS task we created a heathy food plate. A healthy food plate you may ask is a plate that is quiet simular to a food prymaid tells you about the each food groups that you should eat daily or eat less of. Here is my Healthy Food Plate which I created in google drawing.

5 Reason Why We Should Eat Healthy

Task Descripition: 

For this task we created 5 reasons why we should eat healthy. Also we asked questions on the same doc and answer the questions which have been given from the people asking the questions. 

Supermarket Visit

 Today we visited the supermarket. The old famous PakinSave. Going there was a easy challenge. But coming back was a little difficult. We walked a hill nearly the hight of Mount Everest. (Well I’m joking) but anyway for this task we created a piece of writing work which we wrote a reflection of our visit. Enjoy !

Term 2 Reflection / Term 3 Learning Goals

 Today’s task, was that we created a slide telling about term 2 reflection and term 3 learning goals. We had to write down of reflection and our learning goals for term 2 & 3.

Kaikōhau

Task description: 

Todays Te Reo Maori task was that, we created posters and we wroteour kaikohau in three or four different cultures. We had to do of course Te reo Maori and English and then we had a choice to choose another culture. The culture I went with was Tongan of course. Because I’m Tongan and I wanted to know what it will look and sound like if I wrote it in Tongan. If you don’t know what a kaikohau is, it is something to express about yourself and what you know in your culture and quotes. So yeah this is the task for today. Hope you enjoy ! Special Math Task

 Today’s special math task was in arbs. It told us to round to the nearest hundred and told us more to round  up. This was the special math task for this week.

Questions about an article on Kid’s Healthy Eating Plate

 Today’s task for reading we had to read an article and ask questions and send them to a buddy in class and had them to answer the questions about healthy eating plate for kids. Also we had to share it on our blog.
