Todays Te Reo Maori task was that, we created posters and we wroteour kaikohau in three or four different cultures. We had to do of course Te reo Maori and English and then we had a choice to choose another culture. The culture I went with was Tongan of course. Because I’m Tongan and I wanted to know what it will look and sound like if I wrote it in Tongan. If you don’t know what a kaikohau is, it is something to express about yourself and what you know in your culture and quotes. So yeah this is the task for today. Hope you enjoy !
